U15 Get-together

The Under-15A team had a get-together at the Calder’s magnificent home in Constantia last Friday night. The idea was to have a little “spanbou” amoungst the boys and for the parents to socialise a bit at the start of a long season. The evening was a great success and thanks must go firstly to Ross and Kathy Calder for hosting. In addition a special word of thanks to Cheryl de Carvalho, who through her son’ Byron’s catering business SHE SHA CATERING sponsored warm-up t-shirts for the team and provided a huge amount of lasagne for the boys to eat on the night. Unbelievably there were even leftovers!

 

The Under-15A coaches are postive they have the talent to have a successful season. Hopefully this event will help the boy’s take pride in being in the A-team and assist in bringing them together when times get tough on the field over the course of the season.
