6th team Won 5-0 The work done during practices on defensive lines and positions worked very well during the match. The team scored a beautiful try when the ball was worked from the forwards through the backs to the wing who ran in a classic try having rounded his opposite number. Most of the match it was fairly even; The players learnt two things ,if you make one mistake against a good side they will punish you and secondly you have to win win your restarts ie scrum,line-out,kick-off. The team showed great commitment and played with passion. The forwards retained possession well and the backs spread the ball when it was right to do so. This was our first real test as a side and I can proudly say the boys all passed. The intensity the SACS boys showed on attack, when hitting the rucks, and on defence was once again that of a side full of belief.
