11a match report against DPHS

Our first game of the second term took place against DPHS on a sunny winters morning at SACS. The first half was fiercely contested by both sides resulting in a nil/nil score at half time. In the second half however our concentration slipped a little and some aggressive play by DPHS got them over our try line to score and this was successfully converted. We fought back and Luke Kritzinger managed to score however Oliver Finley was unable to convert. DPHS then went on to score two more tries of which both were converted. We fought back hard and Andrew Good scored for us but the conversion was unsuccessful. We defended brilliantly and when we did attack we managed to score tries. I think it was a great overall team performance and next time we need to try and attack more.
