11a vs Eversdal

It was a frosty Saturday morning and the team was ready to play some magnificent rugby.  We won the toss and decided to kick off.  Everyone was giving of their best and this resulted in a turnover in the rucks.  We passed it down the back line and they ran hard and strong.  Finally Kyle Offerman was able to break through their defense and put the first few points on the board.  The conversion was successful and the score was 7-0.  We were playing well as a team and managed to get inside their 22m.  Nick Solkow finally made a hard run which resulted in a magnificent try, which was also converted.  After another try by Alex Thomas, the score was 19-0.  The half time whistle blew and we were all exhausted.

e came back from half time bursting with enthusiasm to score a few more tries. Our heads were in the game and we were soon on their try line.  I managed to put the ball down and score a try. Our defense slackened and they managed to get close to our try line. With some good, strong play, we managed to get possession of the ball and kick it away.  Michael Levitt scored the final try of the match, which was not converted.  A fantastic team effort, with an end score of 29-0.
