12a vs WPPS

On Saturday 2 August SACS U12A played against WPPS.  We found ourselves against very motivated and good opposition.  Unfortunately we began poorly missing a number of important tackles and making a few unforced errors.  WPPS took advantage of our poor play and scored 4 tries in the first half.  By half time they were ahead 33-0.

After a good half-time team talk, our team showed courage and determination and played much better in the second half.  Tries by Jordan MacDougall and Nathan Ansell were just reward for our efforts.  However WPPS continued to play well and in the end we lost 45-10.
