Louis Koen addresses SACS Coaches

Last night former Springbok flyhalf and current SARU Head of High Performance Louis Koen addressed the SACS Rugby coaches on 3D Coaching. It was an entertaining and enlightening discussion, which forced our coaches to reassess how they behave and relate to their players. 
Quoting from the book: “Generation IY: Our Last Chance to Save Their Future.” Louis gave us an insight into the modern boy and how to motivate them. More importantly he encouraged us to go the extra mile as coaches in order to get the best out of boys who are sometimes deemed “rotten apples” in a team. By doing so we would get into the heads and hearts of our players and ensure our teams perform to their optimum potential.

The coaches left excited to implement his ideas and strategies in their teams!
