11D match report against Curro Century City 11A

On Saturday we played against Curro Century City U11’s on the Atkinson Field at SACS.   The two teams were very evenly matched and it was a fun game of rugby. Our backline ran the ball nicely and we had some strong runs from lots of players.  Angus Dawson and Jaden Lloyd were the try scorers and we had one conversion by Angus Dawson. The biggest improvement compared to the previous few weeks was the defence – everyone in the team tackled and we kept them out a few times when they looked like scoring  The end score was a 17 -17 draw.  Well done guys!
